I see alot of guides telling alot of classes to stack blue silken lining embelishment. However it does not appear to actually be stacking as there is only 1 buff that displays the mastery buff. Initially I thought it was just a visual bug and that the numbers would still be correct but it was not. I swapped out gear so only 1 embellishment was on and put the 2nd one back on, did the math and its not applying the 2nd one. I have tried relogging and it does not fix.

I’m not sure if you have solved this issue yet, but I wanted to let you know how I found a way to make it work after having the same problem. I dropped from a fall high enough to damage my character, then after healing above the 90% both BSL kicked in. I hope this helps if you’ve yet to solve the issue!

took off all my gear and put it all back on and it started working for me /shrug
