Blue screen when trying to purchase from shop

In the WOW shop I’m getting the blue screen when trying to do a character transfer (or anything). These things I’ve tried haven’t worked:

  1. Right click the Battle.net application and select ‘Run as administrator’. Games, World of Warcraft, Options, Game Settings, General, Advanced Settings, uncheck ‘Use browser hardware acceleration when available’
  2. You may need to run Windows updates. Please try to run all windows updates - even optional ones. It requires many restarts and is a time-consuming process. If you have Teamviewer installed, disable it.
  3. Right click the Battle.net application and select ‘Run as administrator’. Games, World of Warcraft, Options and press ‘Scan and Repair’. You may need to wait for half an hour while your game client is repaired.
  4. If the problem is with World of Warcraft, reset your user interface to prevent conflicts with the shop window. The game client files are found in C:\Program Files\World Of WarCraft_retail_\ Move or rename the Cache, Interface and WTF folders. Next time you start World of warcraft, your interface will be reset. Later you can delete the newly generated folders and replace them with your old Cache, Interface and WTF folders.
  5. Check Parental Controls on the account to ensure that in game purchases are not blocked.
  6. Issues with security software can prevent shop screens from displaying or sending information. Try troubleshooting your security applications.
  7. Close background applications which may interfere with the shop displaying correctly.
  8. Malware and viruses have been known to cause this issue. Run a Virus Scan as a precaution.

I’m using Windows 10 with only Defender, turned off, firewall, off, everything updated, and no other apps running at all. Please help.
