I have been trying to purchase a faction change for about an hour now. Every time I select the character that I want the transfer on, it tells me to hold on for one moment, and then the checkout screen goes blue.
I have Googled solutions for this, and this is what I have tried so far with no luck:
Turned off Firewall and Antivirus
Used a VPN
Changed my Interface, WTF, and cache folders to old
Reset my computer
Reset Internet Explorer options
Nothing seems to work. I just purchased a WoW token the other day with no problems, so I’m wondering if this is a newer problem? Is there anything I can do about this?
i am in the same boat as you, trying to buy a race change and all i have is the same screen

Lets start with this make sure windows security has not turned it’s self back on if you are running a 3rd party AV program.
If you run chrome as a browser It is possible that the chromium browser the game uses was corrupted by a Chrome update. It has happened to my son several times.
Lets go ahead and rename the utils folder to utils.old and run repair.

Ok, I’ll report back in 5-30 minutes. I use BitDefender, and I closed and reopened my firewall settings to make sure that they didn’t turn back on at some point. Currently trying the UTILS and repair, I’ll update with what happens.
Edit: Just to be safe, I uninstalled Google Chrome. Wasn’t sure if that was part of the fix, but it didn’t change anything.
Edit 2: I ran the scan and repair after renaming the folder, and it told me that no repairs were needed to be made. Tried to purchase the faction change again, still no luck.
It looks like our engineers have been notified and we are looking into the issues. Thanks for the reports!
I have the same issue; trying to xfer some characters. Here are some clues after me following your KB on this topic.

Seems to have been fixed for me
Just replying back so we can close this up and prevent confusion in the future in case another issue crops back up. It’s been fixed for a few days now - since around the time Explorer posted above. If you run into this issue in the future, please start your own thread.
