Blue Posts / TBCa Prepatch

We are days away from the prepatch and we still don’t know how long it will last? According to the Blizz Tracker, the last post from Kaviax was on Nov 17th, so almost 2 months ago.

Wake up Blizz, you need to do a better job at communicating with us!

Why is it so dire that people need to know how long its going to last? lol, it lasts as long as it lasts.

People want to schedule their lives around the date. I for example planning to take some vacation to enjoy launch in peace. And i am not the only one, far from it.

Mega server, there will be no peace. Mountains of frustration and dungeon grinding to come

If it lasts 4+ weeks I’ll just play it casually. If it lasts 2 weeks I might take a day off to level to get a little ahead on my shaman.

If they allow boosts for the new races with a new update I will also just play accordingly.

Of course it matters and you know exactly why it matters, this is a dishonest question.

With this line of thinking why does anyone tell anybody anything? It is what it is right? Only difference here is we’re paying for a service. I want to know what I’m buying. Simple really.

You’re not buying tbc, you are paying a sub for use of all WoW servers and getting tbc as an added bonus for free

You’re paying for a service and that service is going to be TBC, you are paying for TBC.

It’s moreso that the devs have been radio silent for almost 2 months now.

Technically you are paying for the privilege to play one of the many different versions of World of Warcraft. So no, you aren’t paying for TBC because if you were it would cost you $40 like it did back in 2007

One of which is TBC. So you are paying for TBC

If you guys want to get into semantics we can get into semantics. The words you are attempting to put together but clearly struggling with are “You are not paying a box price for TBC”.

But you are still paying for TBC. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

Doesnt mean we dont want to take vacation to enjoy it.

Wrong. Era players are paying $14 like everyone else and they don’t get TBC. You are paying a sub for the privilege to play on these servers. Thanks for your contribution.

They are getting TBC, they just aren’t using their purchase to the fullest they could be.

If I paid $10 for a combo meal that has fries, but I don’t eat the fries, I still paid for the fries.

You aren’t going to win this one bud.

This comment is just dumb. I’m paying a sub to play TBC. Therefore I’m paying for TBC. Saying I’m paying a sub to play midnight and getting TBC for free is just stupid. Thanks for not contributing anything.

It’s what happens when McDonalds workers go in the internet and try to sound smart.

Exactly what it feels trying to educate you burger flippers lol.

I’m sure it is frustrating for you to educate anybody really

Explain your logic lol. I only play Anni and hardcore. I pay my sub to play those two. Those are the services I want. If I don’t get information about those services I get rightfully frustrated. What about this are you not understanding? With your logic I’ll only be paying for TBC If I buy the 80$ boost? Only then I can complain about the lack of communication?
