Blue Plz. Can we get a Total Halibut cooking recipe? Raw Spinefin Halibut does not, inexplicably, have a cooking recipe, though the cooked version is available from a vendor

Raw Spinefin Halibut does not have a cooking recipe. Can’t even turn it into Cooked Spinefin Halibut, which is available from a vendor. Ergo, we need a recipe for Halibut. Total Halibut.

While we’re at it, what happened to Vi’el in Darkwhisper Gorge?
