Blue Eyes for Blood Elves

Would a splash of face paint work?

(Commentary): I doubt it. I mean, I’d expect something like that to also be available to Blood Elves. Seems to me the Blood Elf players on the forums want everything and anything to do with their race, which is fair and I think would be fine if they were the neutral race and not Pandaren.

Given that the devs continue to refuse to give the alliance high elves and say that the blood elves are high elves that we will see blue eyed blood elves specifically because they’re not distinct enough anyways. So what better way to make it clear that they’re not putting high elves in for the alliance?

(Commentary): There isn’t one at this point, especially because things can change down the line. We’ve been told things like no transferring characters from a PvE realm to a PvP realm, no Classic Servers, etc… I’d say the only way to have put a nail in the coffin would have been to have the Void Elves come from the Silver Covenant, rather than some random, unheard group of Blood Elves studying the Void for no reason at all. Personally I’ll never understand why they didn’t just do that in the first place. Then all we’d deal with is requests for a racial to be like Alleria; toggle between looking normal or voided.

Probably will as dwarves are getting tattoos.

Likely when it was the void elves.

subjective. blood/alliance high elves are identical(same race). blue eyed blood elves already exist. confirmed by danuser same guy in the video you linked above(which was also pointless to post as the question wasnt even answered). high elf eye color is reflective of the ambient magic of their environment or that they have an affinity with

if they cared about eye color, horde DKs would have red eyes. my blood elf would not have blue eyes and the game director wouldnt have shrugged and said eye color is not the same

theyre not saving an eye color(lol) for a handful of NPCs. i mean the race is playable. if you want to be a blue eyed high elf the horde is waiting, you can fanfiction they are contacts like ion teased or accept the lore that is presented

I personally think they shouldn’t be getting blue eyes. Blue eyes for thalassians has primarily been an Alliance thing; Leaders, civilians and soldiers can be seen everywhere.

It’d be really strange giving Horde players a chance to look like Alliance toons before the Alliance can.

we dont care what you think. if you dont plan on playing a blood elf(high elf) not sure how you can object. horde has the race :woman_shrugging:

I hope BE get blue eyes, just because I would love to see the outrage on the forums.

you have claim to the void corrupted high elf theme. horde owns pale, blonde hair elf theme

(Commentary): Alliance also has claim to the purple skinned, white haired elf theme- Oh wait, nevermind.

Both regular Sin’dorei and High Elves can be seen in an Alliance territory known as Telegrus Rift. We also share those themes.

Sunwell was released as a raid in January 16, 2007. That means you had almost 13 years to accept why their eyes would eventually turn blue again.

I entirely agree. I do enjoy talking with you. It’s always reasonable and logical.

Indeed you make a fine point.

I guess you will crying when it doesn’t happen.

I would ask why are you so petty over a customization that makes sense for a playable race… but then again, I already know the answer.

i think they will NEVER add either alliance high elves or blue eyes for blood elves.

there is too much riding on it and not acting on it is for the better.

they will have to do something to make both factions happy
