i dont think it could be louder then when blizzard said flatly that high elves are playable as blood elves and there is no need to replicate the race on the opposite faction. they literally said ‘no clear example of who or what ‘high’ elves are…theres a couple…not out there in the same way…no plans to add ‘high’ elves as an AR’
ive agrued with people on your side who think that blood elves and ‘high’ elves are a different species and that the sunwell no longer has as an arcane source. this will just further prove their position is one of of denial of lore. and besides, theyll have to quickly change the conversation back to ‘well eye color never really mattered anyway pls give us access to a horde race without forcing us to play the faction they belong to’ anyway

Maybe you should read the half of my post you didn’t quote. ‘My side’ is not denying lore. I blatantly said from a lore perspective Blood Elves probably should be manifesting blue eyes.
‘My side’ is that Blizzard was too late to pull that trigger, and have enough dumpster fires raging without adding fuel to one of them.
Beyond pointing out the obvious practicality of the situation, I have no dog in the fight. If Blizzard decides to give the ‘Alliance bias’ people another arrow for their ammo quiver? It’s not my backside that’s going to be roasted on the forums and my elf’s eyes will change from green to blue. If they don’t? My feelings won’t be hurt, and my character’s eyes will stay green to stick true to my TBC roots - even though this specific account + character are barely over a month old.
Looks like High Elves finally getting their blue eyes customization!!! We did it guys!
