The bloods of heroes are unable to be looted. They seem to share spawn points in both Western Plaguelands and Eastern Plaguelands. Any that are spawned in Eastern Plaguelands are lootable but when they spawn in Westernplague Lands they are unlootable and will not respawn. This leads to every spawn being in Westerplaguelands and making obtaining the Bloods impossible.
I’ve hoped layers and tested this, I can go to the Caer Darrow island at anytime and easily find 2-4 bloods. Yet I can run all of EPL and not find a single one. Can either the spawn be locked to only EPL or the WPL spawns become lootable. This makes completing the Chromatic quests impossible.
