Do you think Blizzard will ever add blood trolls as a class? I honestly really like the blood troll lore and the abilities. It would be cool to gain power from killing your enemies through blood magic, even gaining power while fighting enemies.

I wish. But I think the best we are getting is red paint via troll constumization in Shadowlands.
Blood trolls are a race and no definitely not. They’re crazed lunatics, evil races tend to not join us.
A blood mage class though, maybe? Could be cool. That’s a different thing.

I think they are really cool looking. But they seem to be perma status baddies. I don’t see them ever getting added as an AR or Troll customization.
I’m close enough to blood trolls to be fair.
I can go for Blood Trolls if i can’t get San’layn Elves .

They have a handful of better tricks, and would make a pretty neat rdps/healer.
Not a class. I don’t see Nazmani trolls ever being added as a race or customization option for trolls either. The Zandalari despise them, and the other troll tribes in the Horde aren’t big fans either. Plus, we just fought them and killed their god, I’m not sure the remnants of them like us either.
I agree, I see that more as a spec of a class though, I’m not sure how we could turn a concept that small into a full class. But, DHs happened.
They would be a race (not class), and they do look pretty awesome. I use the For da Blood God! toy pretty often while waiting for mount spawns – because I like how they look. And you are right, it would be cool if they had special features.
I could see them adding Blood Troll into character customization but I doubt they would be their own separate thing.
Only if they put on pants. No like being chased by scary troll lady with no pants shouting blood for whatshisface.

Then the Blood DKs need to get some of those sweet spell animations and sound effects.
All troll races need to be added, troll is the master race, once you go troll you never reroll. TROLL MASTER RACE! DARKSPEAR NEVER DIE! ZANDALAR FOREVER!
And a dps spec too .
