We are an Alliance (NA) Guild that will be formed on a PvP realm at launch. We are a group of real-life friends and coworkers looking to build a fun and productive group of people that want to enjoy everything Classic WoW has to offer - from raiding to world PvP and battlegrounds, maybe a sprinkle of role-play to top it all off. We have experienced raiders from every expansion to noobies to Classic WoW. We plan on low pressure leveling - I mean lets stop and smell the roses, right? Although, I know there will be a few of us that will waste no time getting to level 60, we will not expect that from everyone. Once level 60, we will have our focus on farming Pre-BIS gear, maxing our professions, ranking up from honor farming, and helping guildies to reach level 60. Our goal is to progress through all raid and PvP content (BG premades).

Main Raid Times
Thursday
→ 7pm to 10pm (PST/PDT)
→ 8pm to 11am (MST/MDT)
→ 9pm to 12am (CST/CDT)
→ 10pm to 1am (EST/EDT)

Sunday
→ 6pm to 9pm (PST/PDT)
→ 7pm to 10pm (MST/MDT)
→ 8pm to 11am (CST/CDT)
→ 9pm to 12am (EST/EDT)

Flexible Raid Times
Saturday
→ 8pm to 11am (PST/PDT)
→ 9pm to 12am (MST/MDT)
→ 10pm to 1am (CST/CDT)
→ 11pm to 2am (EST/EDT)

Flexible Raid is where we can have some fun and raid World Dragons, 20 mans, character alt runs or whatever - unless more time is needed for raid progression on Saturday.

Here is my response of our initial recruitment post…

Guild’s officer here. Blood Threat and Fears is a newly formed guild for WoW Classic. Every since I’ve joined, I’ve been organizing the guild’s discord. Some key features/aspects you can expect from Blood Threat and Fears is…

  1. The guild leader being open-minded to new ideas (members can help the guild to grow - everyone has a voice).
  2. Mature conversations are welcomed (18+).
  3. Guild ranks, Raider and Recruit (trial-raider), will be our core members - including our Guild Master, Officers, and Class Leaders. Member and Social rank will be more for our casual players who make up the body of the guild, and have involvement in our guild events.
  4. Transparent guild bank and donations.
  5. We are going to avoid mega streamer realms while not being extremely against casual streamers.
  6. EPGP is considered fair for newly form guilds.
  7. Organized discord server with events/guild meeting happening often when Classic launches and prior.

Our guild leader, Ice9#4515 (from discord), has been very transparent on the guilds goals - “BG premades, don’t forget to add that into our recruitment post”, “I absolutely want to bring in anyone that’s enthusiastic about classic. Enthusiastic people can be coached and taught”, “Doesn’t matter how small or large our guild is, its about how good we are”.

Here’s a little more info on what we are looking for and expect from our guildies:

Guild Master
→Create, communicate, and implement the guild vision, mission, and overall direction.
→Supervise and appoint Officers, Class Leaders and Administrators.
→Model and set the culture, values and behavior of the guild.

Officer
→Assist in executing the guild vision, mission, and overall direction.
→Ensure that all communications and content in the community are appropriate.
→Mediate disputes among Members, Recuits, Raiders, and Class Leaders.
→Serve as a moderator for social media platforms.
→Manage records of attendance, loot distribution and bank contributions.

Class Leader
→Assist in the recruitment process for applicants of their class.
→Provide advice or suggestions for improvement.
→Communicate class needs with loot distribution.

Raider
→Show up prepared and on time for raid.
→Execute high tier, competitive gameplay amongst peers.
→Communicate absences with leadership.

Recruit
→Be prepared to fill in raid spots when a Raider is absent.
→Actively be earning your place.

Member
→Be active, positive and enjoy the game!
