Blood - San'layn gearing

I know San’layn isn’t the preferred Hero Spec at the moment, but if you’re interested in gearing for it as Blood, you might want to consider changing your loot spec to Unholy. Blood loot spec is giving Crit gear, and from everything I’ve read so far, San’layn want to stack Haste to try and fit as many Vampiric Strikes in the Vampiric Blood window as possible. It also helps with Rune recharge timers.

I’m also curious to see how Rune of Unending Thirst might perform in a M+ environment

i switched my loot spec from unholy to blood because i kept getting crit gear :angry:

I may be mistaken,

But the actual secondary stats have nothing to do with your drops. It will still give a chance for a 2h or any type of plate gear regardless. Trinkets will be different depending on Blood or UH as your loot method.

Blood should be looting as Unholy anyway because tank trinkets are once again in the toilet, and that’s functionally the only difference between the two loot specs.
