Is it still possible to go 1vX and live? even after the 50% DS nerf and the 50% extra damage taken.
Last I tried blood PvP I was trying to stack all the HP stuff I could to proc Twilight devastation. It was random and did not hit for all that much.
Frost was way better. It is tankier and chillstreak is far easier to set up and does more damage.
If you’re trying to 1vX go Unholy and get geared
Blood is a group utility and steady cleave bot
Frost can work but some classes are going to control you pretty easily
Unholy also has the advantage of necrotic strike which allows them to counter healers and annoying tanks pretty consistently, something the vast majority of other specs can’t do
True, but, for example, lets say a bear can 1v3+ and it takes them ages to die and might even make some ppl flee or kill them if they are dumb enough to keep fighting. I’m wondering if it’s still possible to do that with blood in its current state since DS heals for almost nothing now.
Ah, gotcha. You’ll want to take every advantage you can, like inscription pet, pots, gliders, all that. Sure, I’d say it’s possible.
Very hard to 1vX but on the upside Blood is beyond amazing for group PVP (world or BGs) you can ruin other groups if you have backup. You can 1v1 against some things but not others but doing the “never-die-druid” is super hard. If the people you are fighting are half way competent they will never let you build sufficient runic power.
In my opinion blood DK is the weakest tank of all in PvP settings.
