I’ll bet that in midnight they will create a whole new starting experience for the blood elf race exclusively with a new story intro and with updated rewards and an added campaign model of questing. Why I am saying this is that after midnight quelthalas will no doubt be the base experience for everyone after war within base experience which is Khaz algor.

I don’t think they will. Nor do I really want that. I like the questing there as is. I think they make a modern version and we take use the zidormi travel to the past to see the old version again.
I don’t really think they’re going to do very much with it. It’s a tiny zone and it really wasn’t designed up to modern standards. I suspect they’ll set the pre-expansion event and the intro there and then have the rest of the expansion elsewhere, a la Teldrassil and Undercity in BfA.

I think they’re planning some major overhauls/revamps after this trio of expansions, but probably not before.

I don’t think so. I think they will revamp all those zone that came with Blood Elfs and Draeneis.
They already said the expansion will be seting there, also confirmed Dreneis building their new capital.
Those zones need a graphical revamp to today standards and also allow flying, before being used again for a moderm expansion.
There should be some doubts.
