Title says it all - going to roll a Bloodelf paladin - male or female for looks?
Female Bloodelves generally look better in most paladin mogs, but there are a couple that males pull off a little better if your going for a more bulky tanky look.
In shadowlands you can change gender at the barber, so i wouldnt really worry about it too much.
edit: Female Bloodelves also dont have the issue where your weapon clips through your cape if you ever find yourself going ret, so thats a plus.

One thing that may bug you is weapon size. I know it does me. By and large it’s not as bad as it used to be but most 2 handers are the size of 1H in a female belfs hands. YMMV.
Belf male. Female belf idle combat stances are terrible unless you use a bow.
And I disagree about thr mogs, on males they look great. It fits just right.
id say male for prot, idk smaller models look worse with tanking imo, males kinda look too bulky for casting though

I like how females hold a sheild/1h better. Though i have an easier time making plate mogs for males.
One problem with female belf tanks is that they’re hard to see being so slim and tiny.
