I love elves. They’re my favorite. And specifically I love High Elves and Blood Elves and even Void Elves!
I’d like it if they allow us to be able to make true High Elves on both Horde (which it looks like we will be able to do) and Alliance.
I’d also love it if Silvermoon City would become a haven for Void Elves, too. Alleria and Vareesa would have to smooth things over with Lor’themar first.
Anywho, yeah. I would LOVE it if High Elves are similar to Pandaren in that way.

Me too.
Blizzard is giving us the option to customize the current races we have to look like High Elves (mostly), which is fine with me. I just don’t think that they will rename the racial abilities or add extra classes like Paladin that don’t really fit the original races theme.
Last time Alleria was there she almost blew up the Sunwell though 
I don’t think it’s too safe for the Void Elves to set up shop in Silvermoon.

In a perfect world… of warcraft, I’d like to see our race titles change based on the new customization options:
Dwarf + Wildhammer tattoos/feathers = Wildhammer Dawrf
Blood Elf + blue eyes = High Elf
Void Elf + blue eyes, non-void skin/hair = High Elf
That would be sweetness! Granted, I also think that they should just merge the Highmountain tauren and tauren into 1 playable race and you can only make Tauren until you unlock the Highmountain race–the same way that Night Elves unlock the Night Warrior eye/skin customization option by questing.
I think that’ll reduce the number of almost identical races… so it would also go for Orcs/Magh’ar, Draenei/Lightforged, and Gnomes/Mechagnomes, etc.
