I’d love it if the Void Elves could also get the Blood Elf hair colors and hairstyles.
You can’t make an Alliance High Elf without the High Elf hair colors and hairstyles (which the Blood Elves currently have).
Please allow the Void Elves to get the Blood Elf hairstyles and hair colors.
You’re not getting the ability to make high elves.
You’re getting the ability for further Void Elf customization.
The fact some people keep telling themselves this as a way to try and bring people who are happy about High elves down is the weirdest combination of funny and sad to me lol
Why not ask for new hairstyles instead of taking what others have?
Also, if Void Elves get all of our hairstyles we better get all of theirs and as many new hair colors as void elves have—gradient tones, streaks, lighter versions of void elf colors like blue and purple.
I personally would love this option for more customization. However, I can see how this could make them too similar to Blood Elves but with the new skin tones they will already look pretty much the same.
I do agree with this though. My head canon for this is that Void Elves are like Alleria, and can look normal while still looking voidy during stressful times (racial ability)
I’m 100% okay with void elves rping as high elves. I’m planning on rolling one myself. But gamelan wise, they are void elves.
Can we at least get white hair like Alleria has.

I agree with that. I’m always down for more customization, but there’s no need to tie the Helf agenda to it
At this point it’s all just really stupid that we’re fighting about hair color options in a game. Just give a god damn color scale for people to use in their character creation and be done with it.
Or 256 colors for every race at least if WoW can’t handle a RGB color scale or hex code.
I’m in favor for adding white and blonde hair for Void Elves, but I would also like other colors Blood Elves don’t have to help set them apart, namely lighter options such as a lighter blue and lighter violet.
As for Hairstyles, they get exchanged all the time and as it wouldn’t surprise me to see a couple of the more classic styles imported from Blood Elves, I could even see Blood Elves receiving a couple of styles from Void Elves as well.
But aside from that a Tentacle toggle and Void tattoos would be welcome additions as well.
A pure white hair color option for void elfs would be nice, and a couple of the blood elf hairstyles are curiously missing. More options are always better for transmog.
I’d settle for a tentacle toggle and the colors, as the styles themselves are more interesting on Velves!
I’m against taking anything more from blood elves.
You can add more hair styles and colors to void elves that do not step on blood elf toes, while still getting more “high elf” options. There’s enough variations of each color to allow different shades of blonde or red, and hair styles could be pulled from other races like humans, kul tirans and even some dwarf hair styles.
We got the skins, that’s enough. Let’s stop asking for more blood elf stuff and start asking for our own stuff, please.
First give the costumizations of the void elves to the blood elves. Then we’ll discuss the next list of demands from the helf spammers.
The promise is that of High Elves for Alliance. It’s going to be very regrettable if I cannot make a High Elf on Alliance by not being able to use High Elven hair colors and High Elven hairstyles (which the Blood Elves have).
It’s going to be another scandal, like when we asked for player housing and got Garrisons, instead.
If the promise is “Yes! You get Alliance High Elves!” then I want to be able to make an Alliance High Elf… not a Void Elf with High Elf skin.
I have no problem with Blood Elves getting non-void variants of the Void Elf hairstyles.
It would make no sense, however, to give Blood Elves hair with tentacles in it, as they are not Void Elves.
The promise that’s been made, however, is that we get High Elves for both Horde and Alliance, yet only Horde so far will actually be able to make High Elves, because the Alliance High Elves at the moment cannot use Blood Elf hairstyles or hair colors.

The promise that has been made is that Void Elves get access to Blood Elf skin tones and that Blood Elves get access to blue eyes.
That.
Is.
It.
Blizzard’s post does not have a single mention of High Elves.
They never mention high elves.
You may infer it all you like.
However, an inference is not the same as a promise.
The player base has been asking for Alliance High Elves for 15 years now.
If they give High Elves to Horde and don’t allow Alliance to make High Elves, it’ll be really hurtful.
And I’m not saying this as an Alliance main; I play both factions and favor Horde.
But what’s right is right, which is why I hope they do allow us to make Alliance High Elves, and not just “more customization options” for Void Elves.
While new hair colors and styles for the Void Elves will be cool, I don’t remember Blizz ever saying they were giving the Alliance High Elves specifically, just more customization.
