I am searching for a blood elf guild for my character. I am not super picky on scheduled events etc (although once per week would be awesome!) but I prefer something that has max 50 characters since I prefer tight-knit communities. Hopefully someone can point me somewhere 
Silvermoon Council might be up your alley if you’re looking for a Blood Elf Guild.
If you want smaller. Order of Eversong has been a great place. A smaller group of friendly people. It’s a cross server with WRA.
Our numbers are just below 100, but that’s counting alts and somewhat active people. We usually keep around 20-25 during events.
We have a great Officer Corps and a narrative story, while other officers offer side event for just normal days. We do have a forum and I’ll bump it to the top for you if you want to check it out.
I’d be happy to speak to you about the Silvermoon Council or provide you our discord link, if that’s something that would interest you. I’ve been in quite a few Blood Elf communities over the years and while I might be biased, SMC is my absolute favorite and is full of great people.
Silvermoon Council, hands down. They are one of the absolutely best organized guilds I’ve ever seen, period, and I always have a lot of fun with them
