No, but I think you should try to be better.
Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate it!
ROFL what??
Dude, the blood elves turned the forest surrounding Silvermoon into a forever Spring or Summer to make it “pretty.”
That’s one of the most un-druidy thing you can do outside of being undead.
Edit: Btw, I don’t care if we get all race/class combos but come on… to say they care about the balance of nature is hilarious (and wrong.)
Not before Vulpera, lady!
They didn’t do that on purpose. The mother tree did that on its own just by being near the sunwell. It’s also a high fantasy concept. So looking at it from an irl understanding of ecology is a bit silly. It’s meant to be ideallic without any downsides to make what happens later more tragic.
Also, Undead should be druids too.
Trust me. I am better.
Also, the sheer irony of someone saying “no belf druids” on a Dwarf Shaman. Lmfao. Didn’t even exist as a concept until Cata opened the class up to it. Hey, buckaroo. Shaman on Alliance are Space Alien Goats If you want to play a fantasy race as Shaman. Come serve Orgrimmar.
No, this is wrong. The elven magi locked the forest into a forever spring or summer to make it match their city.
https ://warcraft(.) wiki. gg/wiki/Thas%27alah
According to the wiki page it seems unintended by the elves. The Elven Magi did link the tree to their runestones to power their barrier though.
Yeah the Wowpedia page says the elven magi put up the runestones and locked the forest into a forever spring.
Then in Legion they said that tree gives the forest a “glow.”
Well, latest lore is the most canon so…
guys will look at this and just think hell yea
Yeah, it’s canon the tree gives the forest a “glow.”
It’s also canon that they locked the forest into a forever spring to match their city and avoid winter (forgot about that reason.)
Because “avoiding winter” is such a druid thing to do
Elf threads just get more traction & support because more people want them.
No one seems to give an absolute toss about any of the threads about other races – or at the very least care far much less.
You mean they understood nature’s inherent beauty and nurtured the forest to protect it and bring out its potential for its own sake…. That’s a druid
Thus why I said:
So that’s a “yet.” Because cultural lore went out the window and doesn’t even matter anymore.
Some of us enjoyed cultural lore. No need for anyone to act like a jerk over it. Calm down.
Horde needs more options for.druids other than trolls and cows.
Dracthyr druids, panda druids and blood elf druids or nightborn druids too would make a fine addition of options and we can actually see our nogged boots.
We do have this:
I’m curious about your take on undead druids
Maybe Sylvanas made some undead Kul’Tiran druids and shaman while in Kul’Tiras, only time will tell.
This isn’t a personal want because I only play Warlocks but a lot of my friends want Blood Elf and Nightborne Druids so I’m 100% supportive of this request.
And? You don’t have to care about the environment to use nature magic.
Cenarius taught the Night Elves how to be druids, but this doesn’t mean his school of druidry is the only possible path.
Their catform would be a hairless mink
