Zug zug here. Pssst I don’t pay attention to blood elf stuff. Can somebody fill me in on why multiple blood elves appear with the evil dark ranger appearance now?

Theres a quest line to unlock it in Oribos. The skin gives a darkfallen type of look to blood, void, and night elves. It involves going to Lordaeron and cleansing the blight

It’s an optional appearance (available both at the barbershop and on the character creation screen) that’s unlocked for all elves except nightborne. There’s also an armor set that’s unlocked for hunters (though you also have to buy it at the Legion class hall). You get them by a quest from the Enclave in Oribos that’s available once you hit level 60, one for each faction:

You can do it on any character it’s awarded with the achievement from the quest chain.
