Should I be using Deathbringer before DRW? I feel like there are some sketchy moments on pull…. Once stuff is rolling it’s great.

Yeah you gotta roll in with a DR up imo. If you are pulling cold (no rp, no bones) then DC+pop a little dnd under the pack, close in for a MS and pop a hard defensive(ibf, vb, lichborne) to tide you to next gcd. You are gonna need it. You can kite outside melee range for a second after a heartstrike and dive back in with a DS, but on fort week or 10+ you better have purg off cd for those shenanigans. One big hit gets through and you are behind all of a sudden
If you have bone shield stacks, drop D&D and proceed with pull, if you do not have bone shield stacks, death grip one get a marrowrend off then D&D. Do not walk into an add pack with 0 runic power and no bone shield charges, ever.
Usually, you open with caress, DnD, reaper’s, and then DRW
On bigger packs, you would just swap DRW and RM
