Nice watch. You’ll need to make a third one for S2. Going from S1 tier to S2–may need to run Blood Tap again. Waiting for Blizz to modify our S2 tier bonus, lots of jank in it. Believe you forgot Enfeeble, not sure Control Undead does anything for this season but perhaps in Underrot. I want to make Sacrificial Pact work but it could interfere with Coagulopathy/Voracious uptime. 25% max HP heal should swap to absorb I feel–stack with Gloom Ward please

Kinda odd to make a guide on +20 when best is 18. Anyway only use control undead in nok, you only really play umbilicus on fort, Tyran bloodshot is better since you don’t need increased survivability. For cos you drop amz and pick up short kick talent as it lets you solo constructs and the second boss. Grip of dead is used if you desperately need to kite or spiteful week. Only dungeons for me are academy, temple and Azure.( Unless 25+ fort then maybe I’ll shift it around.)
There’s more stuff as well like when you pick rune tap, hemostasis or heartbreaker depends on affix, key level and dungeon.
I get click baits are thing to boost channel these days but come on at least get some experience so you understand the class but better before making guides.

appreciate the feedback, but this build seems to me to be the most survivability possible for blood dk and i’m sure it handles just fine. would have had a 20 last week but unfortunately the healer dc’d. feelssadman
been focused more on pvp lately but after trying this build i wanted to update the first guide.
i also can’t wait to run blood tap again as i still feel it’s the best talent we have
