I should preface this by saying I hate Dragonriding with a passion. I prefer to afk fly to where I need to go and hover in midair waiting for rares to spawn.
I was told that if I hated Dragonriding so much I should just not use it, so I won’t.
How do I get to the revival catalyst without dragonriding? Also how do I get to Tyrhold in general, with just a ground mount?
No DPS if you refuse to cast spells.
You can piggy back on someone who isn’t phased by dragon riding, get summoned by a warlock, otherwise you may be SOL.

Beg for warlocks to summon you or someone else who has the piggyback enabled on their dragonriding mount that you should be using in an expansion called Dragonflight.

Maybe some places you cant get to without flight. Thankfully they designed the game for flight this time like we screamed about.
You cant just fire up the mount long enough to hop up to a spot you cant ground mount to?

This is pretty ridiculous. You couldn’t refuse to join a Covenant in SL and then whine because you don’t have access to most of the end-game activities/systems. But it’s worse than that, because Dragonriding is only actually mandatory for a couple things. Just…get over it and put one of the mounts on your bars? It’s not going to kill you.

Blizzard is not going to care at all if you dragonride or don’t.
Just use it when you NEED to, like the examples you gave… I do plenty of stuff for the sake of roleplay, you’re just roleplaying a filthy Elf with a fear of heights. That’s fine.
