Imagine that lol.
Ignore those “wall of text” and similar comments because some people want short, snappy “I hate gnomes because they are smelly, prove me wrong” type posts. Or something something love vulpera show me yours type things. Anything that does a deep dive into content issues tends to make certain brains hurt.
You would have to be blind in both eyes not to notice that the game has serious issues at the moment (has had them for some time). The QA at Blizzard is shocking; this patch has been thrown together and thrown out in a way that reminds me of certain other games where the game developers’ only interest is getting your money, not the quality of what they are providing.
The AH nonsense is a prime example - did the AH need a new system, probably. Was it essential it be released now with all its buggyness intact? Absolutely not. They could have released it in a small patch (the 8.3.5 that Ion decided to wipe would have been a good time) once it had been thoroughly tested. I think this AH crap is a real financial hit for many of us - this is a real-world money issue right here because many people (me included) pay for their subs with gold earned on the AH so we don’t need to use our credit cards. The loss of months of subs is real money loss. If they don’t give back lost gold they are essentially taking money out of my pocket.
And the other issues remain - the stupidity with the bans, the repeatable daily quests, the HV gear drops, and so on. It’s just one thing after another.
There are always bugs, but the game has never been this bad. It’s like some cheap independent gamemaker’s attempt to make a quick buck by tossing out broken content and asking us to pay for it. Sad, Blizz, very sad.
Now instead of TFing, you just get infinite stars on as many pieces as possible while staying under a certain amount of corruption.
Thank you Daddy Ion.
Too much soulbound crap to carry around and store. That’s what I can’t stand anymore.
