You can’t hold this against them. It’s the very first expansion WoW has ever seen. We knew there were going to be issues.

Not only that we saw this at BFA and SL pre patch I feel they haven’t learn anything that what made people on here so angry.

After trying for 2 hours straight, I just logged into SL Beta and now playing it…
This has been going on since 2004, nothing new.

Sad thing is, once things stabilize (which should never be an issue to start) people will go back to forgetting how worthless these people really are at their jobs.
That’s a very valid point.
Pre-patch launch had massive issues, and instead of figuring out the issue and improving things, it’s more like deja vu.
I don’t like the defense of “launches are always bad” either. They should be improving, not helping us get used to them being bad.
Also, previous launches, all of my issues were WITHIN the game. It’s become worse with now an inability to even get into the game!

I have been trying to get in for the past 2 hours, been hit with character not found, disconnections, full loading bar then disconnection. I will admit it’s quite frustrating but I know I will eventually get to play at some point.
if I was shooting for a world first achievement i’d be pretty upset. but i’m too much of a scrub to go for a title like that.
I am at the deserve it stage it i guess, I have played the heck out of beta and had everything ready to speed level to 60 but here I am 2 hours later LOL!
I’m starting to think they’re doing this on purpose. What else can you attribute this chaos too? Incompetence?
i am just really glad i am not this bad at my job… if i was i would surely be fired.

guys hear me out. if you want to make $$… contact blizzard and sell them on this brand new feature called server scalability. Boom, instantly made you rich with this never before used CSP/IT solution
Yeah it is incompetence. Its like building a new freeway in downtown LA with only 2 lanes. You know you wont always have people that need 5 lanes so you just make it 2 lanes and just let people deal with the rush hour traffic. Every expansion and patch they have issues but refuse to work around it because who cares.

Good for you. They still haven’t found my characters yet.
I was levelling with my sons and their friend. Got dc’d and now can’t get back in. They are at least 2 levels ahead of me now and I feel like I wasted my time tonight logging in.
