If those discontinued arena mounts existed in Vanilla, and therefore exist in Classic. And you earn them, then sure you should be able to have them on BFA live. The reason I only addressed those, is because pets didn't exist until cataclysm, I think all titles didn't exist until Wrath except for PVP ones, though Vanilla PVP titles sure, you earned them.
And I want to make it clear I'm not advocating these things just be handed over to everyone. Which it sounds like you wanted if I'm understanding you. I want players to put in the work, and after earning it, be able to carry it over to BFA live in terms of appearances.
(pets existed in vanilla, they just weren't battlepets yet. all the blizzcon pets from the first few cons are super duper rare and their codes sell for thousands, as do prior expansion's "collectors edition" pets that are no longer available)
Anyway I understand you're probably a collector and you're prolly frustrated about not being able to have everything, and I feel ya there, especially with pets tho. WoW is an especially poor MMO choice for anyone that is a completionist.
But you take away the exclusiveness of past rewards and that really sucks for the people who enjoy having that exclusiveness. Don't know how else to convey that, but it is what it is, and a lotta longterm folks would feel betrayed.
Also this all evens out in that us exclusive-item-havin' folks will die someday, while newer/younger players will still be acquiring newer stuff that we'll never see.
But, devils advocate, if Blizzard were to re-offer past exclusive items, they have to offer all of them to be fair. Every transmog, every mount, every pet, every legendary MoP cloak, etc.
Otherwise, why should only I, a classic mount holder, be screwed out of my exclusiveness?
