I heard a rumor that if I wore my Maga hat at Blizzcon I will be asked to leave. Is this true?
Not if you’re just having a good time.
If you go preaching politics then yes.
Im sure they will let you in has long has you dont wear a red shirt
I think the OP is talking about his Make Azeroth Great Again hat.
It’s not Sunday yet…
/clap /cheer
I have a Make Alliance Great Again hat myself. I better be able to wear it.
Red shirt means you support the Horde!
Or perhaps you are in Star Trek, in which case watch your back!
It’s already happened during Renaissances.
Here are the rules for the Blizzcon 2019 event. I would just use good judgement based upon these rules if I were you.
Generation one or generation two of red shirt? That’s the real question.
I was wondering that as well but I would hate to assume.
Well when you get beat down from some crazy person please stream it for the lolz
I couldn’t even afford the Virtual ticket… Q.Q
I would hope you would be asked to take it off.
I don’t want people stumping for X Democrat either.
Still hope it’s not ok.
Such an obvious thinly veiled political statement should be treated the same as the original.
Maybe it will be like the in game dress code. You can go pants only.
It might be fine, though they might also ask you to remove it. In any case if you have doubts or worries, it’s probably best just to wear a different hat.
As a rule of thumb, if I have to question whether something would be a good or bad idea, I generally caution on the side of bad and make a different choice.
Just ask when your checking in. You’ll get on of two options;
- leave it on
- take it off
Easy enough to abide by.
Now if you plan to cause drama, thats a whole different issue.
Umbrellas are likely to be banned.
CommieCon 2019 omg cant wait
Watch someones stream from Blizzcon and get a free virtual ticket. I watched someones Overwatch stream for my free ticket last year.
Comment retracted. Have fun!
