Meh, apathy abounds for Blizzard these days. I don’t really care that they won’t get to showcase all their IPs. I do feel bad for the players who like to attend though. Some people really enjoy the cons and it sucks for them that they will have to miss out this year due to something outside of their control. Hopefully Blizz does something that will be special for people who enjoy the con, like a suped up Virtual Con or something.

Do you have any idea what goes into Blizzcon before November? If they go through all that wasted time, money, manpower, etc. and then have to cancel, that’s an enormous waste.

It’s pretty easy to plan for a November event for a safe and live Blizzcon instead of outright cancel.
Hell the NHL is going to have a 24 team playoff, if they can pull that off, Blizzard can do a 3 day event with safe practices.
