No, I’m asking why you feel the need to respond to people. Again you’re projecting here.
I looked through their post history, I never once saw any comments about LGBTQ anything in their comments.
So, just flag it and move on, if it breaks the CoC then it will be removed.
I’m responding to you, to try to point out your hypocrisy, as well as point out that you often fan the flames. I guess you just can’t help yourself.
I often wondered why posters like you think it is your duty to moderate and police the forums? We do have actual paid moderators here, maybe it is time to utilize them instead of getting on your soapbox?
I hate to be one of those people but it does feel like WoW lost its edge. And I’ll fully admit it might be the nostalgia talking here.
TBC, Wrath and Legion definitely had a darker tone. The villains felt more ruthless. Look at how many people were completely obliterated in Legion alone. Varian, Volj’in, Guldan, Tirion and maybe a few I can’t remember. But those four were killed on screen and not in a book or comic. No cutaways.
The centaur dying by being turned to ash was pretty dark but Blizzard made sure to cut away so you didn’t actually see it happen. We seen Varian and Guldan disenchanted in 1080p.
I said software, not hardware. As to where the hardware is actually designed, it’s hard to say. The CAD part of CADCAM (Computer Aided Design & Computer Aided Manufacturing) could be anywhere.
Agreed. Dark plots with interesting back stories would be highly appreciated. One of the things I loved about Slyvanas’s backstory was how dark she was IN RESPONSE to massive trauma. As a nurse with twisted dark humor I felt a kinship with her.
Let me help you, since I guess the search function is difficult? https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/search?expanded=true&q=%40Warzug-mankrik%20lgbtq
So you are saying I should not engage in conversation with people?
Yet you arent showing how I am hypocritical.
You realize how you are acting like a “forum police” here right? But tell me again how you are just pointing out some vague and unknown hypocrisy?
Speaking of irony.
Since you dont seem to have a point, I will move on. You keep claiming I am being hypocritical, while doing the exact thing you are claiming I am doing. You keep claiming I am projecting…without actually showing how.
You dont see to have a point other than to be the “forum police” you are complaining so hard about. So I will move on.
At this point you are either talking dishonestly or you just dont know how definitions work.
Im with you on that. I did like seeing the story go in dark directions. Im hoping that Blizz are taking their time writing a really great next expansion. I feel like this one was just an exploration party and much easier for them to work on as they put alot of thought into the next one
Keep in mind that Warcraft isn’t Warhammer. You won’t find anywhere close to the same level of Dark Fantasy/Grimdark themes as you would in Warhammer.
WoW had always has a kind of “hard” PG or at the very most, very “soft” PG-13 kind of atmosphere. They’ve since dialed it back, so I’d argue it’s definitely in the more PG camp, but as other posters have mentioned, the reason is simple : to get in more players.
Thus far the game doesn’t feel anywhere close to being childish in terms of story narrative, so I’m fine with it for now.
And I reject the idea that the Horde hasnt been castrated with weak leadership who just want to live in peace and an over-all story of “im sorry” magically isnt a woke uptopia written by people that apparently grew up looking at The Carebears as a cartoon about super-heroes.
WoW has never been a particularly dark game, and Dragonflight’s story hasn’t gotten more PG, half of you are just regurgitating your opinions on the Dragonflight cinematic from over a year ago.
The only thing from Dragonflight I can think of that’s incredibly cutesy and PG are the Loamm Niffen, and most of them die horribly in the main quest.
Because women want soft stories right? Well Garrosh is my favourite character and I wish he had killed Thrall and I also wish Sylvannas had of burnt more down. Women dont just want to hold babies, watch daddy troubles and see romance. Many of us want gore and slaughter.
