its literally impossible as a dps right now to consistently farm conquest. shuffle queues are like 30 minutes, blitz queues arent any better, LFG is all dps like seriously we need another way of earning conquest or just get rid of conquest and make pvp gear free. or just give us back stat templates

Wym you can do bgs for conquest, rated bgs, 3s, 2s, you can do PVP crates, conquest has literally never been easier to get

I agree finding 2s partners as an undergeared DPS is nearly impossible especially if you’re specifically looking for a healer.
Lol you don’t even need to do rated pvp to cap. You have 3 weekly pvp quests, a brawl quest, daily unrated wins, and war mode supply crates. It has never been easier to gear out a new toon or keep your alts capped.

As many others have said, war crates are your solution.
That’s how I’ve got two alts caught up with conquest, was super quick. Just join a raid group, throw on youtube or netflix on your second monitor and fly around opening crates for a few hours, you’ll be caught up before you know it.
just crate farm bruh it aint hard. takes like 2-3hours to cap conq. couldnt be more easy.

Im not sure how they fix it honestly. I’d love if they brought all the PvP ilvls way closer together. The gap between honor gear and conquest gear is kinda crazy. Then factor in a fully geared person will be gemmed, tier set and enchanted and honor gear feels flimsy.
It’s templates in a way… But you still get to pick and choose some stats and it takes a bit to earn.
When/where and on what times table do they spawn? Been trying to get enough conquest on a DH for free weapons for a week. Lol

Use the group finder to find a raid group, I don’t imagine trying to solo do them would be very efficient.
In the LFG tool go to the custom option and look for groups farming war crates. You can even type “crate” into the top search bar and it will show you groups running. YMMV on off times never tried it, every time I’ve tried to find one in the evenings tho there’s multiple groups going.

When you’re under geared and average skill at best? This is not a realistic way to gear at this point in the season unless you have a bud willing to carry your sorry but.

If you have a solution, but you don’t want to do it… then the problem is you.
While crate farming isn’t exactly the most entertaining way of catching up on gearing, it is likely the most efficient way - especially when things line up and the crates are dropping within 5 mins of each other. 60 Conquest every 5 mins or so just for showing up is nothing to sneeze at. You can join in questing greens and be fully Conquest geared by the end of it.
PVP gearing isn’t a problem currently; of course, people like to complain, and they will complain about everything and anything.
Not necessary.
The gap between Honor gear and Conquest gear is irrelevant when you can go from questing greens to fully Conquest geared if you choose to.
The only gem that matters is Precog.

Don’t be broke.
You can go straight to Conquest gear by crate farming.

just tank your mmr untill you fight people your skill level thats what MMR is for if you get farmed for 12 games so be it

Then we wonder why every season there’s a giant drop off mid season? Either you’re fully geared and bored or you have no way to gear that’s actually entertaining so you don’t bother?
Honestly they should drastically increase the conquest gains from 2s and 3s. Like 4X… Encourage people to play more group content and it might actually make the 12 game loss streak you have to take a bit more bearable while hearing.

I just do yolo double dps 2’s. it’s like 88 conquest a win and games are pretty fast.
I think crates are like 75 conquest? And they spawn what every 10-15 minutes? Doesn’t seem anywhere near as efficient.

I did on this character this season, mostly to prove a point in regards to a disagreement in another thread here, and it wasn’t that bad tbh. Got my honor gear, crafted pieces, a few blood pieces and then started queuing and was full geared after like 10-15 lobbies, getting to ike 1800ish CR while gearing
The honor+crafted+blood gear was one evening, and the conquest gearing was done the next evening. Also worth mentioning, I got enough conquest for my 2 set before I even entered a rated queue, but overall, it wasn’t that bad at all
It’s 50 and you join a raid then fly zone to zone and get one every few minutes.
