Blizzard you have to comment on faction balance and why free transfers are stll open on certain servers

Why has Blizzard not closed the free transfers off of our server

likely because once phase 2 hits there will be a queue again. the wording used by blues implies that they are reducing server pop cap when they remove layering and that servers that are currently full will have severe queues when this happens. i assume high pop servers will also end up with decently long queues when this happens.

e are not going to raise that cap any further, even though we have the technical capacity to do so. Raising realm caps would simply forestall the problem, letting more players in at launch but creating an unsustainable situation down the line, with severe queues when we turn off layering permanently before Phase 2 of our content unlock plan.

worst part is, they did increase server cap.
