Anyone else having issue with turning in quests due to NPC’S missing ? Been trying to turn in the quest Of Thistleheads and Eggs for 3 days now .The " ? " shows on map where Tobias the Gorger is suppose to be in Shattrath Lower City . However friends and I can not see this npc at all . Anyone else having this issue ?
