Me? I play on retail. Nothing too crazy. Just AOTC and 3 toons above 3k IO just to get max conduits.
Wrath LFG tool may have similar skeletal structure, but it does not mimic retail LFG tool.
Now, if they actually copy-pasted retail LFG tool into Classic Wrath, implying RDF is cut ofc, I’d actually be okay with this. Somewhat. It’s a decent compromise. Given that PvP remains crossrealm/crossfaction is a nice double standard.
Nonetheless, RDF had a huge impact on leveling as well. Massive impact. It turned the least social experience one can have into one of the most social ones over night.
I can already see the pages of “WTS” spams. At least on retail we have addons to ignore all those WTS spams so they don’t clutter up the space.
IF they copied over the Retail UI, perhaps we can get some addosn to hide too.
I love how you have to use addons to utilize Blizzard’s features.
Garbage tool. So yeah, if no RDF (for god dull reason), then at least proper LFG like on retail.
Blizzard honestly has no clue what to do since they only listen to the squeaky wheel. I was really looking forward to WOTLK because that is when RDF was implemented. Now we see it is the same blizzard making the same poor decisions. It’s too bad I was really looking forward to WOTLK. squeek.
Or… you know… instead of just clicking request invite, people can message the person directly to share information. I don’t get why people are so damn lazy when it comes to forming a group. They really need to play single player games if they can’t even be bothered to message someone a few sentences.
I honestly think the new LFG tool was made purposely terrible and annoying just to spite everyone for demanding RDF.
But maybe I’m wrong and the current Blizz Classic Dev team is just that incompetent at their job. Free add ons are making better UI than a multi-billion dollar company who owns the game…
Makes me wonder if maybe a large part of why there is no RDF is just that the dev team is unable to make it work in the new client because they are terrible at what they do.
