Blizzard, why do you continue to ignore?

THere’s a topic with over 60 replies and over 2,000 views regarding the companion app removing Legion content. People still check in on it almost 2 years later. Why can’t you just acknowledge it? I don’t understand this company at all.

60 posts in 20 months is not what I would call a high level of activity. And what is there to say at this point? The Legion content is gone; it’s not a bug, it’s deliberate. I expect when Shadowlands is released it will happen again & the BfA content will be removed to be replaced with Shadowlands content.

As to not acknowledging bugs, as a general practice they don’t. As a rule, they don’t in the Bug Report forums (which are strictly one-way – players report, QA forwards to developers).

Acknowledging bugs is tantamount to promising to fix them, which is something they want to avoid. They set their own development priorities, and public-facing statements would interfere with that.

I would use it. Some are still working on Legion Rep and class mounts.
