There’s nothing wrong with the forums. It’s just a minority on the forums that say phobic comments but thankfully they don’t last long. Blizzard should continue adding more representation and inclusion. This will all settle down once it’s more normalized and people accept that the game can include LGBT characters.
The game is rated T for teen… shouldn’t be any dang children playing this game. Sadly some parents don’t care and that’s the same attitude sad to say that causes problems. I mean for crying out loud there are parents that let their little child play M rated games like grand theft auto with all of it’s ‘aspects’ and such that kids shouldn’t be exposed to. Sure Blizzard could crack down on the sexism and bickering on the forums but when it comes to ‘protect the children’ that falls to the parents.
Im not sure I can corelate anything to the surge today in toxic discussions. There was a few the past few days, but today holy macro.
