DH is objectively the worst melee in pvp, objectively low mid or bad in pve, and actively ignored while mage/hunter/warrior get pages of changes every two weeks.
Should Blizzard Delete DH? They clearly don’t want it to be good.

I absolutely agree havoc is in a rough spot, but I don’t think anyone at Blizzard is out to intentionally ruin your fun.
I hope havoc becomes a priority soon though, it’s rough going seeing so many updates with hardly a peep about havoc.
I get your frustration trust me but idk about all that
