Blizzard took Bonereaver's Edge away from me unrightfully without knowing the full story

Hey to mainly blizzard/community managers,

Just wanted to reach out additionally to my ticket to give context on whats happened as I was recently reported by an individual for “scamming” and had a ban/a piece of loot “Bonereaver’s edge” taken away from me, I would like to provide screenshots and video footage of the whole situation however I can’t on the post…

I have a Soft Reserve raid rules screenshot

“Elronx” (who reported me for scamming) had shown up to raid with one buff was told that he had only 1 buff, meaning he can only roll up to 90 as shown in this clip as well as in the RAID RULES, got a clip of this.

Whoever was soft reserved on Bonereaver’s Edge rolled and “Elronx” decides to roll out of 100 in this clip however was told he needs to reroll out of 90 because he had only shown up to raid with 1 buff, hence losing the roll because “hadoukengodx” (me) had rolled a 95, another clip I have that shows the situation.

Absolutely no scamming was involved in this situation, it very clear to the raid of the rules on discord, he was told before the raid he only had 1 buff and everyone knew, he had the audacity to report for “scamming” because he couldn’t handle the truth of the matter and it bit him in the end with a big item.

Could a community manager or someone from Blizzard please reach out to me on twitter: hatz_csgo or Discord: hatz0540 so I can show relevant screenshots/clips of evidence. Would like this action to be recitified if possible because I’ve been unfairly treated with having the item removed from my character “hadoukengodx”.

there’s more chance of me dancing the ymca in your front garden than there is a blizzard employee adding you on discord so that they can review the evidence of your raid’s loot rules

You are correct, but for some reason they have the time to read the person who reported me to insta ban me and remove the wep??? I definitely agree but id rather try then not

One thing you have to understand is that they don’t care. The outsourced person probably skimmed the ticket, saw the item name and your name and removed it from your account.

I doubt you will get this changed as stated above. Best you can do is put in a ticket explaining what went on and attach a pic. But pretty sure ticket system is almost all automated when it comes to bans.

First one complaining loud is always right. probably why they just popped ya.

Presumably he rolled 1-100 and got something greater than 95?

but then couldn’t get the item because the raid states (in discord i assume) that unless you have full buffs, you can only roll 1-90?

right, I would assume he got a 96-100 so blizz got em the item.

If a warrior didnt have full buffs why bring em? sad playing warrior without full buffs lol

Blizz can see the rolls. so it was confirmed out the gate if he rolled higher

bonereaver is extremely rare, it has like a 4% drop rate or something like that

yeah ur screwed, all they saw was a group using the /roll system and a guy rolling and winning then not getting the item

im trying to make em not feel so bad lol. we have seen 3 though fwiw

Create a ticket, go to an image upload website and upload the content there and link it.
Alternatively there is a section to send files/videos in the tickets.

This thread will 100% be closed soon, so hopefully you see this.

Best of luck. You may need to open the ticket 2-3 times before it’s escalated enough.

When given an automated response or one saying they can’t help, reopen it.

Additionally, edit out the names in your OP

Then try posting this in customer support.
