Depends on what is currently in your server pool - safe bets are always potion/phial master, enchanting for enchants (dont buy matts get them from content) and weirdly enough if you can catch them treaties for Knowledge points after reset. I pay near 10k a week across my toons on getting treaties made because i just want them done and CBFd looking for a crafter to make them for 5g.
Other option is lariet and ring crafting but supply is way higher than demand is now.
