This is one of those things that I’m pretty sure they’ve got a tally of how many of us are actually doing WQs and with what frequency.
WQs aren’t necessarily supposed to be hugely rewarding for us all the way through the expansion.

You say that, but it’s completely different when the end game gear revolves around RNG itself. With Azerite peices, there is only ever 1 and/or 2 best in slot pieces, and with Azerite Caches, you aren’t even playing for the gear you want, you are playing for the chance of getting it. It is a random Azerite Gear, that in-itself, is not a hugely rewarding reward, but the one piece it could be out of the hundreds your class can have, is what makes it worth it’s value. I’ve done over 25 emissary quests, and to this day, I have only ever worn 1 piece of the Azerite gear I’ve gotten. It is only like this, because azerite gear is retarded.

Not sure if you’re aware (and maybe others aren’t), but the caches from the WQ reward zone specific azerite gear (so you have a 1/3 chance of getting the piece you want if it’s from this set). So look up what set drops in each zone. Check the traits available. The faction assaults are the same way. Horde gets the honorbound set regardless of the zone. IMO this could be massively improved if faction assault rewards also included the zone specific set pieces where it occurs as well.
i do them daily reguardless reward/reputation. only takes 10 15 minutes and i Herb/mine between each quest.
Never feels like im grinding anything this way. since its a little at a time

For the 15 minutes to do it’s usually worth it for the rep which eventually gives you 4-5k gold for paragon chests.

When Argus opened up, there were very few people who ever went back to do the WQs in Legion unless it was for gold. I will do them for the 370 gear on a few of my 120’s and I will do the 2K gold ones.
80/20 rule applies. 80% of the people would be happy but 20% would be angry. Something tells me that is swapped right now.

I do the same, herbing while doing the WQ’s, it helps to do more than one thing at a time, it all adds up.
I do that one and 2000 gold. That’s about it.
Now it’s 385. Good ! Also I always do 2k gold quests

To be fair, at least you can spend your war resources on something of worth, like a new flight point, missions for reps and crap.
