I didn’t read your whole post but got most of it.

From what you’ve posted, it sounds as if shaman, mage, balance druid, hunter, warlock and others will be losing some talents in favour of “new” classes.

I hope I’m wrong about this but I think this is a bad idea.
That’s me though. Blizzard is going to do what they do regardless.
