Can I not use live chat feature during the weekends? No matter what category I use, they want me to use the snail mail 24hr ticket system. Any work arounds or direct channels available?

Contact channel depends on the nature of the issue you’re contacting them for. Live chat is typically limited to billing, account security, etc.

probably the sort of problem which would be perfectly fine to sit in a queue and wait for
