BFA still not legacy, Shadowlands still not legacy. KT still blocks you from progressing as a solo.

I’m pretty sure BFA legacy loot was enable in 10.2.
They also changed stuff in 10.2.7 to make it soloable.
That is true and is going to require a boss redesign. That’s probably not going to happen for a while.

They’re both legacy
Legacy just means you get full drop amount, nothing to do with solo ability
Bring 1 person and sanctum is easy mode, and everything in BFA is soloable

Go Necrolord, make sure Marileth is your soulbind and you have the ability that summons Kevin’s Oozeling when you use your covenant ability.
Pop the ability on the mobs when Kel goes to bed to spawn the Oozeling, give it a second to make sure it’s in combat, and you should be able to hop into the phylactery and slap Kel’s soul around without it resetting. It’s a bit touchy, but it usually works after 2 or 3 tries.
Be sure to save your cooldowns for it, so you don’t risk the Oozeling dying or despawning while you’re blowing him up.
shouldnt have to grind ouit covenants to even do the raids. none of my alts or my main EVER picked a covenant.

However, the N’zoth fight is quite hectic, so Blizzard should take a look at it.
It took forever until BfA was finally possible solo and unfortunately that won’t be any different with Shadowlands and DF.
I wonder what the hell Blizzard’s problem is.
I believe it was the 11.0.1 prepatch.
But “legacy” means more than loot. Legion and earlier raids have what’s called “legacy damage”, which basically means you pretty much one shot everything. We haven’t had the legacy damage treatment since and that happened, I believe, in the SL prepatch. So it’s been 5 years? BFA should absolutely get the llegacy damage treatment.
But it’s worse. Randomly in 10.2 the health of BFA (and SL) raid mobs tripled, for really no apparent reason. So it got harder. Some people who could solo Mythic Nyalotha, for example, no longer could. Prepatch made this worse by nerfing damage across the board too.
This got partially rolled back. I’m not sure where it’s at now. Probably soloable again but I’m not 100% sure.
True. Mythic Jaina was specifically changed. I think G’huun might’ve been too?
