Hey guys, justs a heads up, I cancelled my wow sub last month (and my account status also said ‘Inactive’ on the blizzard page) but I still got charged and now have to open a ticket to get my refund.
If you unsub make sure you remove your saved payment method because blizz seems to be doing some dodgy shh here
You might have to contact your bank and get a chargeback.

Same thing happened to me. I know it was canceled too because when I loaded up the game once it said I needed to re-subscribe to sign in. Looks like they are resorting to fraud now to try and meet their numbers.
It happened to me on three accounts. They charged all three and I know I cancelled because I quit the game.
That happened to me too lol. It’s the only reason I’m here : / But now I catch myself playing BGs so my money doesn’t go to waste

Finally got the ticket answered and they said that they were unable to refund my money due to them not finding my billing info.

You definitely not alone on that. Just a few days ago I canceled my subscription and I also removed any form of payment. As of yesterday Monday I was charged again for a subscription. No one has my card information at all. Meaning I haven’t paid for someone else’s monthly subscription. This is the third time since I played world of Warcraft that they have done this at the end of me canceling my subscription the funny thing is my subscription doesn’t renew till next month and it wasn’t until I canceled it the month prior that they tried to charge me again.
