Why are you guys afraid to show us how many people are actively playing WoW across the globe? It’s been almost 2 decades since this game came out but you guys still want to leave this in the dark, I mean for what reason?

Blizzard used to publicly shout out their subscriber numbers. Now, it’s so low, they are ashamed of it.

According to Blizzard sub numbers is no longer a good measurement for the the health of the game. They now use metrics

It’s been 15 years. You claim so much has gone wrong and this spiral down, yet here it still stands.
Nothing to be ashamed of with that. Nor would there be even if it went with an optional free to play model. 15 years of success in making money off of an MMO that’s been sub based for so long is a success to a company.

Blizz’s stock price hit a high not that long ago. But with Blizzcon and BfA and Overwatch all failing it took a huge hit and hasn’t recovered.
