Blizzard Scammed me

Bought the New Arthas statue for 1205 total back in April, received my Update for my order with a tracking # on Nov 16th stating it would arrive No later than December 1st.

Kept checking it religiously from Nov 25th to Dec 4th, On The tracking # stated it was awaiting my product from seller and had label ready to ship. Suddenly on the 5th the tracking # Vanished, contacted DHL (horrible company) asked what happened and they told me the seller did not ship item to them.

Contacted Blizzard asking for answers (Blizz gear store is outsourced so it isnt an American company running it so Customer service was difficult) They gave me the run around asking for my Order # and then giving me the same tracking # that lead to nothing, it took the 4th person to finally acknowledge the Tracking # didnt work… SOOO Now they are offering me 1205 Blizz gear store credit instead of my monies back… Just a heads up dont trust Blizzard they stole 1200 USD from me and i have nothing to show for it. I refuse to take 1200 Blizz gear credit considering they couldnt honor the previous transaction…

A friend ordered her Statue a month after me and got hers incase people thought i was late to the party lol. I hate blizzard now >_< I wish FF didnt suck so bad.

Had a similar issue only I got no tracking info what so ever. It just never changed to shipped. I called them about 3 more times than you did till I reached someone who finally gave me my money back. Not gonna lie it was exhausting. But at least I have my money back. The refund hit my card today actually. I have delt with this from other companies. The key to a desired outcome is persistence.

You need to keep calling them back and demanding to speak to someone higher up on the chain.

What the heck is a person going to spend $1200 blizz bucks on in their store? They have basically stolen your money. Be persistent.

Nearly 8 hours of taking to them I finally got my refund. So weird to see the company to come to this, use to have very good customer service.

5 days faster than trying to get a refund processed from ibuyPower.

Yeah all this began on the 6th late in the day, was calling them daily. Today was finally the day i got it back. Horrible experience.

I hate Fanatics run stores. They are pretty much a scam. Years ago I had ordered a signed jersey from them, and years later found out it was a fake.

The Blizz store use to be good until they outsourced it.
