uh...they did. sorry if you didnt pay attention. I heard about it well before it went into effect. Not anyones fault but your own that you didnt pay attention.
Now that it works like this you'll have to adapt. No more singles unless you want to front the deposit, which is RETURNED unless you are the sort who pulls your auctions before the expire because someone undercut you (which is another irritating issue on the AH, so Im happy with these changes)
You know the rules now. No excuses for not using them in a responsible manner.
