I live in Europe but I play in the US servers (Stormrage). Currently the game is unplayable due to a spike in latency once I get inside the Blizzard datacenters.

Could someone at the support have a look at it and notify the network engineering team?

you have issues long before it gets to blizzard. average ping time from Netherlands to Chicago is 93 ms , you are already 2.25 times that going through Sweden’s ip network.

if you notice the final hop ping is very close to the ping through Sweden’s network. I would countact your ISP about there routing
