I agree that calmly is the best way to go forward with this situation but that’s not really the point, Blizzard should have seen this coming a mile away, just like i did and every other pet collector that caged their Banana’s in anticipation of this. As i said earlier, would it really have been so hard to just reskin/rename another pet instead of handing out a preexisting TCG pet??
I honestly don’t thing Blizzard deserves to be defended on this one, they deserve whatever crap they cop for it.

Don’t feel bad. I did not have one and still do not have one. No email came for me. Just another excel at fail on their part.
You gave me something that was useless - totally. And I didn’t say I couldn’t figure it out either, liar. I said of course, when you open the ticket you get the looping waste my time business.
And this is the harassment part - you know the telling LIES business.
They should give a copy to everyone but that gold or money spent by players is on those players. They paid for the privilege to own something which was rare at that point in time.
Blizzard has nothing to do with it.
