State employees are apolitical civil servants. In California they are usually unqualified and very difficult to remove from their jobs. All I’m saying is that there’s no reason to find California’s position more credible than Blizzard’s. It has nothing to do with political parties, home boy.

What he really means is that California could never suffer to allow the state to be divided, as they would rather hold 1/2 of the state’s voters hostage and completely invalidate their input in the political process under the “winner take all” rules that exist.
Let’s be honest, unless those 56 Electoral Votes were a guaranteed head-start for one political party, they’d have nothing. That’s why there’s such a stranglehold on California, and other similar states.
I do know that most Californians I’ve met know this fact too and are sick of it. So… that’s why Newsom is dealing with a recall. It will be interesting to see if it succeeds to say the least.
For all the rest, Blizzard has thrown the war-banner down. Let’s see where this goes.

Except they won’t if there’s money to be made.
Look at Google and stuff. They’re still doing quite well regardless of everything that’s gone down.
And people need to remember there’s no proof in court yet. Innocent until proven guilty is how it works in the US and people would be well off to remember that.

Right, but we’ve seen a slew of sports stars, entertainers, etc dropped as soon as allegations were made. ATVI stockholders are primarily short term investors. If enough get rattled by this it could be huge.
This isn’t like the Riot studios case. Riot isn’t funded by short term investors. ATVI stocks were already down.
