Blizzard raid frames and where to find them?

Im using elvui and have disabled the party and raid frames.
i cant get the blizzard raid frames up.
There is usually a pop out to the left of screen for the config.
pls see pic to see what i may be missing

Edit mode hud there is a raid frames and party frames click, From there once you open left side thing and click, it will offer another pop up edit mode. Hope this helps.

tyvm, i had to disable elvui, to hide the new blizz action bars,
i imagine if i disable again i will see the thing on the left
