The rumor is that wow classic will be cancelled to conserve resources on top of the massive lay offs today.

What are your predictions?

I am really going to be surprised if they do release classic but I can’t see them announcing that in a financial release.

However, in the current climate, that I also believe you are aware of, your presentation revolves around rumors. Not the best tone for a serious thread.

People talked about a diablo phone rumor prior to blizzcon and everyone laughed at them and said they were crazy

I think the source of this rumor is reputable but we will need to see

I have a rumor. I heard that Blizz is rolling in the dough, and that not only is WoW going to be going for at least another 23 years, but that in 3 months time they’ll be rolling out WoW, World of Westerns. It’s a new Cowboy MMORPG from Blizzard. I can’t wait.

Yeeeeeah, I think you’re trolling here. I heard a rumour that Blizz really WANTS to release Classic because they believe it will be a saving grace for WoW. Investors are bidding on Blizz, despite stagnation, because Classic is on the way.
